Your mission
To ensure efficient warehouse operations through accurate receiving, storage, record-keeping, and timely issuance of materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and preventing damage, shortages, and losses.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, weighing, storing, and issuing inventory items from the warehouse.
- Checking received goods and materials against accompanying documents.
- Sorting and arranging inventory items by type, purpose, and other relevant criteria.
- Coordinating the loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Preparing and assembling orders based on requests from internal departments.
- Preparing documentation related to defects, repairs, write-offs, shortages, and damaged items.
- Maintaining warehouse inventory records and reports on the movement of materials.
- Ensuring proper storage of inventory items and participating in stocktaking activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar position.
- Understanding of goods receiving, storage, order picking, and issuing processes.
- Experience working with accompanying documents and maintaining inventory records.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and/or warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a responsible approach to work.
- English: reading technical documentation.
