As an Integration Engineer-Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, working closely with clients in the Financial Services sector, particularly within Banking and Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

- Leading the integration and implementation of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to validate seamless utilization of business applications
- Managing project delivery, including planning, budgeting, and execution, to achieve successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of technology integration initiatives
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and business data analytics to enhance decision-making processes
- Overseeing the development and documentation of technical consultation and project management strategies
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive business transformation and technology advancement
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and improve performance in alignment with client expectations
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- 11 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Designs and builds integration components (APIs, middleware adapters, message transformations) for the Systematics-to-Fiserv conversion.

- Works from integration specifications provided by the Solution Architect and Sr. Manager IA, develops unit and integration tests, and participates in SIT execution.
