Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a Vetic clinic. This role includes managing the store’s staff, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining the clinic’s visual standards and cleanliness. The Store Manager will drive customer satisfaction by supervising service quality, handling escalations, and supporting pet parents throughout their visit. They will track sales and operational metrics, implement retail loss prevention practices, and coordinate with veterinarians and grooming teams to align clinic schedules and resources. The role also involves training team members, enforcing standard operating procedures, and supporting local marketing initiatives to grow the clinic’s presence.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience for pet parents.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, veterinary professionals, and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, inventory management, and daily operations oversight.
  • Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to safeguard clinic assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prior experience in retail, healthcare, or service-oriented environments, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and competency with basic computer systems and POS software.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
