Job Description

• End to end HR Shared Services transactional activities • Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery • Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems • Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders • Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables • Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail • Well versed with HR policies. • Manage HR inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses; • Process HR transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes; • Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure accurate record-keeping; • Assist with HR policy and procedure interpretation and implementation; • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
