Senior Product Manager, New Demand Channels

New York · Redwood City$170k–$190kPosted Jul 28, 2026

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, New Demand Channels with product management experience across programmatic and non-programmatic advertising to join our growing team in Redwood City or New York on a hybrid schedule.

The Senior Product Manager will drive and foster the growth of Agentic and API-based activation channels into PubMatic's buyer solutions platform as they emerge. This work sits at the intersection of AgenticOS, our agentic platform, and Activate, our media buying platform, and is central to how PubMatic connects new channels into its buy-side ecosystem. We are looking for an individual passionate about innovation and problem solving in a fast-evolving, GenAI-driven advertising landscape.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will drive product delivery for non-programmatic partner publisher integrations into AgenticOS, balancing new feature development with the ongoing evolution of AgenticOS and its connections into Activate. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing product work with dependencies across multiple teams and is energized by solving problems in an emerging, non-standardized part of the ecosystem where conventions (unlike OpenRTB) are still being established.

You will execute against the product vision and strategy for non-programmatic demand channels within our broader product portfolio:

  • Own the product area for new demand channels, including gathering requirementsdefining specifications and key metrics, and working closely with engineering, commercial teams, and product marketing to ensure goals are met
  • Be the go-to source on how these partners connect to AgenticOS and Activate, representing this product area to clients and internal teams, and synthesizing their feedback into product decisions
  • Maintain an understanding of the non-programmatic publisher landscape and how PubMatic's approach compares to alternative integration paths, using those insights to inform prioritization
  • Support and communicate a clear roadmap for non-programmatic demand channels to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across AgenticOS and Activate to determine feature prioritization and manage the development backlog
  • Independently lead small-to-medium-sized go-to-market efforts for new non-programmatic channel launches with minimal oversight

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of product management experience - preferably in Ad Tech
  • Demonstrated expertise across core product management competencies - requirements writing, product planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap communication
  • Familiarity with agentic platforms or AI-driven workflow tooling, and general technical concepts such as APIs; experience with OpenRTB or other programmatic protocols is a plus
  • Proven ability to represent a product area independently to customers, including gathering and validating requirements directly with client and business teams
  • Ability to independently lead a small-to-medium-sized go-to-market strategy with little oversight
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Fast learner, curious problem solver, and team player, comfortable operating with ambiguity in a channel still being defined
