Your role
We are seeking a Data Steward to support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. The role focuses on improving data ownership, consistency and business trust in data assets across multiple business domains.
Your tasks
- Maintain and improve data governance processes and standards.
- Support business teams in defining critical data assets.
- Manage business glossaries, metadata and data ownership structures.
- Ensure consistent use of business definitions across domains.
- Work closely with Data Governance, Data Quality and business teams.
- Support data stewardship frameworks and governance adoption.
- Monitor compliance with data standards and policies
Your profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis or Data Management.
- Understanding of data stewardship and governance principles.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and data owners.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience maintaining business glossaries and metadata repositories.
- Fluent English.
- Must be based in, and available to work on-site full-time from, Gdańsk or Wrocław.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience within enterprise transformation programs.
