Your role and responsibilities
As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their business requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements. You will leverage your strong understanding of business processes, experience in designing and implementing solutions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive successful outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design Client Solutions: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements, conducting business process analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop Solution Proposals: Design and propose solutions that meet client business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead Solution Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop and maintain solution designs and proposals, and provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
• Coach Junior Team Members: Provide coaching on solution design best practices to junior team members, driving knowledge sharing and skill development.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Business Process Analysis: Deep expertise in analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, with experience in designing and implementing solutions that meet client business needs.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Proven experience in designing and proposing solutions that meet client business requirements, with a strong understanding of how to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Industry Trend Awareness: Experience staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
• Leadership and Guidance: Experience providing leadership and guidance to junior team members, with a focus on coaching and developing solution design best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop and maintain solution designs and proposals, and drive successful outcomes.
Preferred technical and professional experience
