About the Role
HubBox is looking for a technically curious and customer-focused Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1-2 years' experience in a technical support, application support, customer support or SaaS environment who wants to move into a client-facing implementation role.
In this role you will help new customers get up and running on the HubBox platform, guiding them through onboarding, configuring their accounts, troubleshooting technical issues and working closely with our Engineering team to deliver a smooth go-live.

You will get to learn about ecommerce integrations, APIs, client onboarding and project management while working alongside experienced Product and Engineering teams. This is an ideal next step for someone looking to build a career in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Implementations or Technical Consulting.
