How you create impact
The Global Services, Air Logistics Invoicing & Claims Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer invoicing and the resolution of billing disputes (claims) within Air Logistics operations. This role combines accurate invoice generation with analytical dispute resolution, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with contractual agreements, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
By validating financial data, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, the specialist plays a key role in safeguarding revenue integrity and optimizing the billing cycle.
- Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on service delivery, rate agreements, and contractual termsValidate, analyze, and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue leakage
- Review, classify, and manage billing disputes (claims) across multiple categories (e.g., missing invoice, duplicate charges, incorrect billing details, PO issues)
- Investigate discrepancies by analyzing shipment, financial, and contractual information to determine appropriate resolution (correction, credit, re-bill, or rejection)
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and closure of disputes in internal systems (e.g., Salog or similar tools)
- Act as the main point of contact for billing and dispute-related inquiries, providing timely and clear communication to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Billing, Finance) to resolve issues and meet service level agreements (SLAs)Support month-end activities, maintain audit-ready records, and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
What we would like you to bring
- High school diploma required.
- Studies or experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Trade.
- Preferred: Experience in freight forwarding, pricing, or billing.
- Work experience in Freight Forwarding Sector or industry.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and oral).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work overtime and/or on holidays when needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Goal-oriented and committed to delivering results.
- Schedule flexibility to support business needs.
- Proficiency in English, both speaking and reading.
Work schedule: We offer different schedules: hybrid and WFH, depending on the required shifts.
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
