All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.What you’ll doBuild individualized feeding plans for each kid — oral-motor skills, swallowing safety, sensory-based feeding challenges, and mealtime successPrepare developmentally appropriate materials and food items tailored to each child’s medical, sensory, and nutritional needsDocument sessions in our EMR with accuracy and careCommunicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammatesShow up for team huddles, case discussions, and learning momentsKeep growing your craft through continued education and professional developmentCreate a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids firstWhy this role at Oaklin LaneA space built for the work. Your work here reaches further than one family’s table — you’re helping us build a place every family can find.Who you areYou are:Self-motivated and mission-drivenDeeply knowledgeable in pediatric feeding and swallowingSomeone who meets kids where they areA clear, compassionate communicatorA team player who cares as much about the clinicians on your team as the kids on your scheduleYou bring:Current SLP license/certification in good standing in your state of practiceVitalStim certification, or willingness to obtain immediately upon hireMedicaid credentialing preferred, or willingness to complete immediately upon hireDemonstrated experience in pediatric feeding therapy — evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment across a wide range of feeding needsDeep understanding of oral-motor development, dysphagia management, sensory feeding challenges, and mealtime behavioral dynamicsWhat to expectSchedule: Full-time · Monday - Thursday · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Four-day work week · No nights or weekendsStipend for medical, vision, and dental401(k) with employer matchPaid CEUs, licensure, and certification...
