Position Description Transportation Analyst Global Location Brazil, Campinas Hiring Manager email miriam.machado@brp.com Recruiter email fernando.pompeo@brp.com Apply Now  Transportation Senior Analyst The Transportation Analyst is responsible for managing daily transportation operations and logistics providers across Brazil, ensuring service level, cost efficiency, operational compliance, and continuous improvement of transportation processes.This role acts as a key transportation subject matter expert, supporting carrier management, transportation procurement activities, operational performance analysis, and logistics optimization initiatives. The position also plays an important role in bringing market intelligence, benchmarking practices, and innovative transportation solutions to improve BRP’s logistics network and transportation strategy.YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Manage daily transportation operations across Brazil, ensuring service level, transit time, and cost targets are achievedCoordinate and monitor transportation providers (carriers, brokers and logistics partners)Support transportation procurement activities, including RFQs, bidding processes, pricing analysis, and contract evaluationsAnalyze freight costs, transportation KPIs, carrier performance, and logistics trends to identify optimization opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to transportation operations, network design, routing strategies, and logistics efficiencySupport transportation contract management, including service scope validation, SLA follow-up, and commercial analysisDevelop transportation market intelligence and benchmark industry best practices, pricing structures, and logistics modelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customs, Distribution, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure smooth logistics executionIdentify operational risks and propose mitigation plans to support transportation stability and performanceSupport implementation of new transportation tools, systems, dashboards, and operational processesParticipate in strategic transportation projects and logistics optimization initiativesMonitor transportation claims, escalations, and operational exceptions, ensuring proper resolution and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and operational standards YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields4+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight management, or supply chain operationsPrevious experience managing transportation providers and logistics operations in BrazilStrong knowledge of transportation operations, freight pricing structures, and carrier managementExperience with transportation procurement, bidding/RFQ processes, and logistics contract analysis is considered a strong assetStrong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate transportation costs, KPIs, and operational performanceAbility to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational optimization initiativesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and coordinate activities across multiple teams and providersKnowledge of SAP, TMS, ERP systems, and transportation operational toolsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for freight analysis, KPI reporting, and operational managementKnowledge of Power BI or transportation analytics tools is considered a differentialExperience in automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments is considered an assetFluent in English is required   Back Apply Now
