Description:

Responsible for driving strategic growth through provider relationship management, physician outreach, market analysis, and referral development. Partners with physicians, practices, and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, remove barriers to access, and increase surgical and procedural volume in alignment with Trinity Health's strategic priorities.

The Strategic Growth Associate is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that increase utilization of Trinity Health services across targeted service lines. This role builds trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare leaders to identify growth opportunities, strengthen referral relationships, improve access, and support strategic initiatives that enhance patient care and organizational growth. Using market intelligence and performance data, the Strategic Growth Associate collaborates across the organization to remove barriers, influence referral patterns, and drive measurable surgical and procedural growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employed and independent physicians, advanced practice providers, and practice staff.
  • Execute strategic outreach plans to increase referrals, utilization, and market share for targeted service lines.
  • Analyze referral trends, market intelligence, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with hospital, medical group, and operational leaders to address barriers to access and improve the provider experience.
  • Serve as the voice of referring providers by identifying challenges and facilitating solutions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement market-specific growth plans aligned with Trinity Health strategic priorities.
  • Track and communicate performance metrics and growth initiatives to leadership.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance strategic business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Three or more years of healthcare business development, physician relations, strategic growth, provider outreach, healthcare sales, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
