Senior HR Workday Technology Analyst
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Louisville, KY or New York City. The is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.
We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Analyst to support our Workday HR application team. This role will focus on application configuration, security, organizational structures, data governance, and data validation within Workday. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver and communicator who can work independently on assigned tasks and projects while also collaborating effectively with a small, high-performing team.
We will count on you to:
Support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday HR application
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configuration changes
Assist with Workday security administration, including role-based access, access reviews, and audit/compliance support
Maintain organizational structures within Workday to ensure alignment with business and HR operating models
Perform data governance and validation activities to help ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the application
Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions to business and system problems
Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, test changes, and support production releases
Create and maintain documentation, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts including process streamlining and user experience enhancements
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience as a Technology Analyst supporting Workday, with familiarity in Workday HCM configuration, business processes, security, and data structures
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support, including data validation, reporting, audit support, application security, organizational hierarchy management, and data quality/governance processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and recommend effective solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a small team

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $83,400 to $166,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
