The practitioner dedicates their efforts to ensuring the smooth operation of advanced systems, carefully identifying client issues, and crafting well-informed solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with client needs and organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and professional growth.
- Monitor ongoing support activities to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within and beyond the immediate team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations.
- Strong understanding of firewall configurations, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and secure network protocols.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate security vulnerabilities within complex network environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational assets.
- Familiarity with incident response processes and tools to effectively manage security events.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
