As an Advisory - Deals - IT Due Diligence - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of IT due diligence, integration, and separation planning within our Deals practice. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various geographies and sectors, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize IT landscapes during mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating IT functions, identifying synergies, and proposing strategies to mitigate risks.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support clients in developing key IT strategies for M&A engagements, focusing on IT due diligence across various IT functions. Your responsibilities will include conducting IT spend analysis, providing subject matter expertise, and advising on large-scale digital and technology transformations.

Responsibilities

- Conducting IT function assessments to support M&A engagements, focusing on IT due diligence across applications, infrastructure, security, and organization
- Evaluating IT landscapes to identify synergies and inefficiencies, proposing recommendations for target IT landscapes and strategies to mitigate risks
- Performing IT spend analysis, including vendor contract reviews, to uncover transactional costs and provide recommendations for cost efficiencies
- Providing subject matter expertise in ERP assessment, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity services
- Supporting IT integration and separation activities post-deal, including planning and readiness for program management offices
- Assisting in vendor evaluation and selection, formulating bids, and managing vendors to facilitate smooth integration or separation processes
- Advising on large-scale digital and technology transformation engagements, designing and implementing creative business and technology solutions
- Guiding projects involving enterprise application integration and transformation across various IT landscape components
- Utilizing analytical thinking and synergy analysis to enhance due diligence and post-merger integration strategies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
