Job Description

Talent Acquisition leadership experience is strongly preferred; however, exceptional HR leaders with transferable expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
This role incorporates themes reflected in internal TA leadership priorities, including faster hiring without compromising quality, strong executive partnership, workforce planning, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.
Role Summary
The Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition is a strategic and operational leader responsible for developing and executing a global talent acquisition strategy for enterprise hiring excluding executive level and encompassing over ~12,000 new hires/year.
This leader will play a critical role in accelerating business performance by delivering a best-in-class recruiting and hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers while ensuring speed, quality, consistency, and compliance across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and innovative leader who has a proven track record of delivering business outcomes, simplifying processes, innovating with technology, and building high-performing teams.
This role requires strong partnerships with senior executives, HR leaders, and business stakeholders, across multiple regions, to ensure workforce needs are anticipated and met with exceptional talent solutions - at a high speed. While Talent Acquisition expertise is preferred, we are also interested in candidates with transferrable capabilities in talent and workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Align and strategize with the VP, Global People Operations and Talent Acquisition to develop and execute the global talent acquisition strategy for enterprise hiring excluding executive level.
Elevate and execute the global employee value proposition through a comprehensive approach.
In close partnership with the Global Head of Talent Strategy, Learning & Leadership Development, embed innovative assessment and selection strategies to strengthen the speed and quality of hire.
Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate future talent requirements and build proactive talent pipelines.
Operational Excellence
Manage the global third-party RPO responsible for hiring across multiple regions and business functions.
Manage the MSP, overseeing ~$86M in Contingent Worker spend.
Create a culture of accountability focused on hiring speed, quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and optimize recruiting processes, technology, vendor partnerships, and service delivery models.
Through partnership with the Head of People Analytics, leverage metrics and dashboards to measure hiring performance and drive data-informed decisions.
Customer & Candidate Experience
Drive process simplification and innovation to reduce time-to-fill and improve stakeholder satisfaction to champion a world-class experience for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure recruiting teams consistently deliver hiring outcomes with urgency while maintaining a relentless focus on talent quality.
Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance recruiting effectiveness and scalability.
Leadership & Talent Development
Develop a high-performing global recruiting organization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
Develop talent capabilities within the TA organization and establish a strong succession pipeline.
Executive Partnership
Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and functional leaders across the enterprise.
Influence talent decisions and provide market insights that support strategic business priorities.
Serve as a key partner in workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Global Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related talent functions.
Demonstrable or transferrable experience serving as main liaison and day-to-day manager of a global RPO.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing organizational wide decisions.
Strong experience leveraging data and leading through transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
Preferred Experience
Expertise in Talent Acquisition, including manufacturing, managerial and/or early career recruiting.

Salary Range Information
$220,700.00 - $353,100.00 USD Annual
