We're looking for a Logistics Specialist - Control Tower to join our Operations team. Working closely with Customer Care, suppliers, and internal logistics teams, you'll help coordinate and oversee shipments moving across the Biocair network while ensuring exceptional service, compliance, and visibility throughout the shipment journey.

Additional Information:
We're looking for a Logistics Specialist - Control Tower to join our Operations team. Working closely with Customer Care, suppliers, and internal logistics teams, you'll help coordinate and oversee shipments moving across the Biocair network while ensuring exceptional service, compliance, and visibility throughout the shipment journey.
Role Responsibilities Overview:
- Review and verify shipment information to ensure shipments are planned accurately and compliantly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to support the successful movement of shipments.
- Arrange specialised packaging solutions and operational requirements where needed.
- Act as a key communication link between Biocair teams, suppliers, and service providers.
- Provide regular updates on shipment progress, milestones, delays, and exceptions.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and supporting documentation.
- Record shipment deviations, supplier non-conformances, and exception costs.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable customer service or customer care experience.
- Strong attention to detail and data verification skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Teams.
