You'll leverage data, analytics, pricing, product, and risk management insights to develop strategies that drive profitable growth and competitive advantage.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are analytical, business-minded, and eager to influence strategic decisions while building expertise across product management, pricing, underwriting, and market analysis.
What You'll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support profit and growth objectives within your assigned market or line of business.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
- Contribute to the design and execution of pricing, product, and risk management initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to business partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance against business plans and help drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop expertise in personal lines products, pricing strategies, underwriting processes, and risk management practices.
- Lead smaller-scale projects and contribute to larger strategic initiatives.
- Apply analytical methods and operational knowledge to solve business challenges and support decision making.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 60,000.00 - 97,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
