HR Business Partner

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented HR Business Partner to join our People team and help drive organizational success through effective HR partnership. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives, optimize HR processes and policies, and support organizational growth in a fast-paced international environment. You will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience, enabling change, and implementing scalable HR solutions that empower both managers and employees while contributing to the company's long-term success

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective HR policies and processes aligned with the company’s business goals
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, drive performance management initiatives, and effectively resolve workplace challenges and issues
  • Assess current HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize processes at all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Oversee the implementation of new HR initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies comply with regulatory requirements
  • Implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize HR operations
  • Configure, administer, and improve HRIS to automate processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Support the development and implementation of an HR strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives
  • Facilitate organizational transformations by adapting HR processes to new conditions
  • Contribute to building an effective organizational structure, optimizing teams and roles, and developing plans to improve team collaboration and leadership
  • Conduct assessments of HR process efficiency to identify potential improvements and adjust the strategy accordingly

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong hands-on experience with HRIS configuration and administration
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and process automation tools
  • Understanding of international labor laws and experience in global environments
  • Strategic planning skills in the HR context
  • Process-oriented and structured thinking
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

  • Experience in organizational transformation initiatives
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize team dynamics
  • Background in fast-paced, constantly changing environments
  • Experience with the APAC region
