We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the beverage program across the entire resort. This strategic leadership role is responsible for the overall vision, development, execution, and continuous improvement of all beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality, innovation, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive beverage expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a deep appreciation for luxury hospitality. We are particularly interested in candidates with a solid background in wine knowledge, including wine program development, cellar management, staff education, and guest engagement.
What you will do
Develop and execute the resort's comprehensive beverage strategy, aligned with the property's luxury positioning and business objectives.
Oversee all beverage operations across restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banquets, and special events.
Curate and continuously enhance beverage offerings, including wine, spirits, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and specialty programs.
Lead the development and management of a best-in-class wine program, including wine selection, procurement, inventory management, and wine list optimization.
Manage and maintain wine cellars, ensuring proper storage conditions, stock rotation, and inventory control.
Create memorable guest experiences through wine recommendations, tastings, pairings, and educational engagements.
Collaborate closely with Culinary, Restaurant, and Events teams to develop innovative beverage pairings and experiences.
Analyze financial performance, control beverage costs, optimize margins, and drive revenue opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Establish and maintain beverage quality standards, service excellence, and operational consistency across all outlets.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop beverage professionals, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence.
Stay informed of global beverage trends and introduce relevant innovations that enhance the guest experience.
What you bring
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in beverage management within luxury hotels, resorts, fine dining restaurants, or high-end hospitality environments.
Strong expertise across wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage operations.
Demonstrated experience in wine program development, cellar management, wine procurement, and guest-facing wine service.
Professional wine certification preferred (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent).
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and inventory management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and guest engagement skills.
Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
