This is a full time HYBRID position in Hartford, CT.

Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking a Pensions Analyst to join our team! The Pensions Analyst will be responsible for post retirement processing due to death of primary retiree including client com­munication and reporting, communicating directly with payees, cost of living adjustments, calcula­tion and recovery of overpayment, calculation and processing of underpayments, death benefits and tax withholding.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of knowledge and experience in pension death benefits 
  • 3+ years of customer service skills

  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of accuracy and timeliness in all responsibilities with an under­standing that our retirees are treated with the best care, empathy, patience and importance.


Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
