- Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of food production, warehouse, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services.
- Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced food and beverage facility.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
