Your Role

  • Manage and support enterprise print infrastructure across multiple business locations, ensuring high availability, performance, and service excellence.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network printers, print servers, print queues, and Windows-based printing services.
  • Oversee printer fleet operations, including device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Manage hardware lifecycle activities such as asset onboarding, refresh, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning.
  • Perform hardware testing, validation, and compatibility assessments for printers, drivers, firmware, and related devices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for print infrastructure-related communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Role

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Print Infrastructure Management, End User Computing (EUC), or Device Management environments.
  • Experience with Triumph-Adler printers and AQrate print management solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise print device management, monitoring, and support using Triumph-Adler and AQrate platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Operating Systems, Print Servers, Printer Management, and Print Queue Administration.
  • Experience in managing enterprise printer fleets and print infrastructure across distributed environments.
  • Solid understanding of Hardware Lifecycle Management, including asset deployment, refresh, maintenance, and decommissioning.
