Title: Maintenance Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non Exempt, Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM

Rate of Pay: $28 - 30 per hour, depending on experience

$2,000 Sign On Bonus paid in three increments - $500 (6 months), $500 (12 months), & $1,000 (18 months)

Sedgebrook Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance operations, coordinating daily work orders and preventive maintenance activities under the leadership of the facilities management.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Supervise and support maintenance technicians to ensure productivity and quality performance.
  • Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs throughout residential, common, and clinical spaces.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and equipment failures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • High school diploma/GED or the equivalent education, training and experience. HVAC certification and experience required; other applicable trade certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing or a comparable environment is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities or equivalent field.
