As a Workday Integration - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of client interactions, leveraging your skills to drive project success and deliver impactful results. Your role will involve guiding multidisciplinary teams in the implementation and optimization of Workday Human Capital solutions, confirming that client needs are met with precision and efficiency.
As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, utilizing your professional acumen to influence and guide both clients and teams. You will be responsible for developing high-performing teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence. Your ability to navigate complex challenges and provide clear, strategic direction will be crucial in achieving operational success.

Responsibilities
- Leading the integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to enhance client workforce capabilities
- Managing complex projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic human resource planning initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process improvement skills to optimize HR transformation projects
- Overseeing the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies and succession planning
- Guiding teams in the execution of Workday Recruiting and Talent Management modules to support organizational growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address human resources consulting needs and drive project success
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within workforce analytics and planning
- Validating data integrity and compliance within HR metrics and reporting frameworks
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
