We celebrate the unique perspectives and experiences that make our team extraordinary.Join us as a Site Reliability Engineer on our mission to turn payments into possibilities!Site Reliability EngineerThe Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team ensures the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of a mission-critical payment orchestration platform. The platform operates in a high-volume, API-driven environment and supports integrations with multiple payment service providers.SREs collaborate closely with the engineering, product, security, and operations teams to maintain resilient systems, lead incident response, implement release management processes, and continuously improve platform stability through automation, observability, and infrastructure best practices.The SRE independently owns reliability for production services, leads incident resolution, and drives improvements in monitoring, automation, release management, and security practices.All SRE roles include participation in a 24×7 on-call rotation.How You Will Make an Impact:Own day-to-day reliability and availability of payment orchestration servicesLead incident triage and resolution during on-call shiftsPerform detailed root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actionsDesign, build, and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting strategiesImplement automation to reduce manual operational effort and incident frequencyProvision and manage infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)Coordinate and validate production releasesCollaborate with Security and Platform Engineering to maintain platform security postureSkills you will have fine-tuned:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field2–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering rolesStrong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience managing infrastructure using TerraformSolid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and KubernetesExperience participating in 24×7 on-call rotationsProficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)Strong written and verbal communication skillsYou are eager to bring your unique talents and authenticity to the CellPoint Digital community. You're constantly curious and a lifetime learner.You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.You enjoy leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects in a team where you are empowered and accountable.You thrive in a fast-paced...
