Service Engineer

You will design, deploy, and manage AI agents and copilots, overseeing their lifecycle from onboarding through retirement. You will establish and enforce governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI standards, including access controls and DLP policies. You will administer Azure AI Foundry resources, AI workloads, and integrations to enable secure and scalable AI solutions. You will partner with engineering, security, compliance, product groups, and business stakeholders to drive Customer Zero innovation and platform adoption. You will provide operational support for AI platforms, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions. You will leverage automation and AI-driven operations to improve platform reliability, reduce manual effort, and drive continuous service improvement. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 10+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering. OR equivalent experience. 7+years of Hands on experience in service engineering, including hands-on experience operating and supporting enterprise-scale cloud services or distributed systems, with exposure to managing live production environments. Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing AI agents, copilots, and AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. Experience supporting live cloud services, including incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, monitoring, service reliability, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. Understanding of multi-tenant environments, tenant governance, cross-tenant collaboration, identity management, and enterprise-scale platform operations. Familiarity with AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, monitoring, and operational excellence for enterprise AI platforms and services.
