Staff Software Engineer [NYC or SF]

Role responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer will design the architecture for AI agents and solve complex, ambiguous technical problems within the platform. They will set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and ensure system reliability and safety in a healthcare production environment.

Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record of designing and delivering complex end-to-end systems that other engineers can build upon. Deep expertise in at least one area (full-stack, backend, infrastructure, or data) and a high bar for production quality are required.
