We’re looking for a Data Engineer who thrives on solving complex data challenges in a dynamic cloud environment. If you're passionate about building modern, scalable data solutions using Azure technologies and love working at the intersection of tech and business, we’d love to meet you.

YOUR MISSION: 

• Develop and deploy end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Services

• Handle both streaming and batch data ingestion, transformation and storage like a pro

• Design with security, scalability and retention in mind from day one

• Team up with business stakeholders to deeply understand data needs and translate them into solutions

• Build cloud-native BI solutions that enable real-time insights and decision-making

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.

We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:

Analyst : 1430€ - 2890€

Senior Analyst : 1610€ - 3150€

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3-5 years of experience in data modeling, relational & non-relational data and workloads (transactional vs analytical)

• Familiar with Azure tech stack: Databricks, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, ADF (or in similar tools within AWS/GCP)

• Fluent in SQL (Postgres, MSSQL) and one or more languages like Python, PySpark, Scala or C#

• Agile mindset – you've shipped things before and you’re comfortable with change

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field

• English proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1), German language is nice to have

Nice to have:

• Certifications like DP-203, Databricks Certified Developer or similar

• Exposure to Machine Learning, Data Science or Generative AI projects
