Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Share customer billing/job costing duties
- Backup - Deposit checks and any incoming ACH amounts and properly save/store both in the accounting software
- Share - Process lien waivers
- Backup - Send monthly statements via email/mail
- Share - Request and pursue delinquent accounts from the aging report
- Share - Process customer credit card payments
- Share - Assist in coding to correct customer on received commission payments
- Prepare, submit, and timely file monthly Sales/Use tax reports for all applicable states
- Backup - Generate inventory count sheets and post updated counts from warehouse managers
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
