  • Provide technical leadership and quality assurance on valuation methodology, approaches and tools. • Drive business development: prepare proposals, support pitching, and convert opportunities into engagements.
  • Oversee project budgets, resourcing and commercial performance.
  • Mentor and collaborate with valuers across the region on technical and client-delivery matters.
  • Travel regionally and globally as needed to support client engagements.

What you need to have:

  • Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
  • Proven business development track record and a growth mindset. • Project management and financial oversight experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a regional team.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

What makes you stand out:

  • Strong background in Energy & Power asset valuation.
  • Demonstrated success growing a valuation practice or converting business opportunities into engagements.
  • Experience leading regional client relationships and cross-border delivery.

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
