As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing cloud operations and infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be responsible for overseeing database administration and supporting client needs, confirming seamless cloud operations and infrastructure management. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to build meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs. You will guide and mentor junior team members, maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating complex situations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of IT Infrastructure Managed Services and contribute to the delivery of client-focused solutions. You will work within our Managed Services competency network, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Implementing cloud migration strategies using platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Optimizing cloud infrastructure performance and cost efficiency through strategic analysis and adjustments
- Administering cloud-based service management tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to maintain seamless service delivery
- Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to align with client requirements and industry standards
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools such as Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud compliance and security protocols
- Providing technical consultation to clients on cloud strategy and infrastructure management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive cloud infrastructure optimization and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
