Overview
As a Content Publisher (CP), you will be at the forefront of creating captivating andinteractive digital experiences for our audience. CP makes ensuring that online content is responsivelydesigned and operates at its best across a range of devices and browsers. Putting SEO best practicesinto practice will increase online exposure and user engagement.Content Publisher is responsible for delivering content such as images and copy texts to online platformsand Content Libraries (DAM) and websites. Key functions include content entry and review, strongemphasis on details, ability to collaborate with the development team to optimize the delivery platform.
Responsibilities
• Configures, creates and edits new pages in to the existing CMS site tree.• Adheres to technical solutions including site structures and content development under projectspecifications.• Follow project’s guidelines and workflows to ensure deliverables quality.• Maintains project updates in the ticket management system available.• Maintains constant communication with content senior team members and managers On Shoreand Off Shore, to help identify and prevent content layout issues.• Deploying digital content such as images and copy to content libraries (DAM/PIM) according toaligned naming convention and technical specifications.• Gathering assets & information from various sources and processing them in a required way.Running predefined quality checks of the deployed / published content.• Reporting progress via workflow solutions such as JIRA and other, client specific tools orplatforms.• Collaborate and prepare customized CMS guides and manuals to help clients manage theircontent after delivery.• Ensure content meets SEO best practices for enhanced discoverability.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience
• Experience of at least 6 months working with Content Management Systems of relatedtechnologies.• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and content optimization.
