Training Analyst

As a Training Analyst within Receivables Operations, you will support Receivables Operations and site leadership by delivering accurate reporting, maintaining audit readiness, and driving continuous process improvement.

In this role, you will also serve as a training and testing resource by supporting onboarding and coaching efforts, maintaining process documentation, and executing testing activities to validate process performance and operational readiness.

 

Job responsibilities

Operations, Reporting & Controls

  • Prioritize tasks and assignments to meet deadlines, escalating concerns to the direct manager
  • Lead or support special projects assigned by site management
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Validate and reconcile the accuracy of reporting and processes
  • Engage in process improvements to enhance client experience
  • Prepare and publish regular communications and reporting to senior management and operations
  • Collaborate with operations partners and leaders
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members and leadership

 

Training & Enablement

  • Provide structured onboarding (training, shadowing, coaching) and deliver refreshers/targeted coaching based on errors, control findings, or performance trends to ensure consistent execution
  • Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and checklists; identify skill gaps and partner with leadership to build and execute training plans

 

Testing 

  • Assisting in test planning/execution-coordinating UAT, tracking defects, validating fixes, managing sign-offs, and securing stakeholder buy-in

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
  • Ability to coordinate and organize work while meeting and handling multiple deadline processes
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous activities simultaneously
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in Receivables Operations 
  • Knowledge and understanding of internal guidelines established by Public Sector Receivables and the requirements of the client

 

 

A Government Security Clearance will be required for this position.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fingerprints
  • Credit Check
  • Employment History
  • Tax Filing History (possibly)
  • References (possibly)
  • Proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residence
