Resort Cleaner
You make “guest-ready” mean something.
At BOLT FARM, clean is not enough.
Guests arrive expecting a luxury retreat where every villa, treatment room, towel, amenity, hot tub, and detail feels untouched and intentionally prepared for them.
Your work creates that feeling.
You are the person who notices the water spot someone else missed. The crooked pillow. The empty amenity. The treatment room that needs five more minutes of attention before the next guest walks through the door.
You move with urgency without cutting corners. You take pride in work most people never notice—because when you do it exceptionally well, the guest simply feels that everything is right.
BOLT FARM is building America’s most iconic romantic luxury retreat brand: nature-immersed, high-experience, and emotionally transformative. Backed by 3,300+ five-star reviews, 1M+ followers, and features across Forbes, Travel + Leisure, and Netflix, we’re scaling from a high-performing flagship into a national portfolio.

The Role
The Resort Cleaner is a cross-trained role responsible for keeping both guest villas and the Wellness Haven ready to BOLT FARM’s luxury standards.
Depending on the day, you may turn villas between departures and arrivals, prepare treatment rooms between spa guests, manage linen and laundry, maintain Wellness Haven wet areas, support hot tub and cold-plunge care, or complete scheduled deep-clean projects.
The assignment may change.
The standard does not.
Every task is completed through Breezeway, including checklists, required photos, documentation, and real-time task completion.
What You’ll Do
Make Villas Guest-Ready
Complete assigned villa turnovers within scheduled arrival windows.
Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, decks, and hot tub surroundings.
Restock and stage amenities to BOLT FARM standards.
Complete a final walkthrough before closing every task.
Identify anything a guest would notice—and fix it before they arrive.
Report damage, maintenance concerns, and lost-and-found items immediately.
Support the Wellness Haven
Prepare and reset spa treatment rooms between guests.
Restock linens, towels, and amenities.
Sanitize guest-facing surfaces and treatment spaces.
Set temperature, lighting, music, scent, and presentation to the approved standard.
Maintain showers, wet areas, relaxation spaces, locker areas, and common spaces.
Protect treatment timing by completing turns before the next guest arrives.
Own Linen, Laundry + Supplies
Wash, dry, fold, organize, and stage villa and spa linens.
Maintain appropriate linen and towel levels.
Identify damaged or stained inventory.
Keep cleaning supplies, carts, caddies, and storage areas organized.
Flag low inventory before it becomes an operational problem.
Support Water + Equipment Care
Assist with routine hot tub, spa tub, and cold-plunge care.
Complete required drain/refill cycles.
Learn and follow water-chemistry procedures.
Maintain required logs.
Follow chemical-handling, label, SDS, and PPE requirements every time.
Execute in Breezeway
Accept and begin assigned tasks on time.
Work from the required checklist.
Upload required photo documentation.
Record issues while you are still onsite.
Close tasks in real time.
Keep leadership informed before a timing issue becomes a pushed clean or delayed turn.
Breezeway is not paperwork after the job. It is part of the job.
Guest Experience Still Matters
You may not spend your entire shift talking with guests, but when you do encounter them, the standard is the same.
You will:
Greet guests warmly.
Help with routine requests such as towels, water, or directions.
Protect guest privacy and personal belongings.
Maintain discretion inside villas and treatment spaces.
Connect guests with the right teammate when a request falls outside your role.
Never leave a guest wondering whether someone is handling their request.
What Success Looks Like
You are succeeding when:
Villas are completed on time and genuinely guest-ready.
Treatment rooms are reset before the next appointment.
Guests never feel rushed, delayed, or impacted by cleaning operations.
Your work consistently passes quality inspections.
Breezeway tasks, checklists, and required photos are complete and accurate.
Cleaning, spa, and water-chemistry procedures are followed safely.
Supplies and linens are ready before the team needs them.
Guest feedback reflects exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
Leadership can trust you to move between villa and Wellness Haven assignments without lowering the standard.
