Job Description

As a Production Control Analyst you will report to Planning and Warehouse Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create production plans and schedules based on orders, forecasts, component availability and production capacity in the ETO production process
  • Collaboration with production, quality, engineering, warehouse and purchasing areas to achieve results and improve processes. Reporting the resulting savings.
  • Plan components and production materials, inventory management
  • Implement operational goals in the area of materials management and planning
  • Help implement new projects as part of the tasks of the Operations department.
  • Support continuous improvement activities – participation/conducting workshops, creating process maps, reporting resulting savings.
  • Cooperation with local and global support responsibilities in the search for replacements, solutions to problems, standardization of processes, implementation of engineering changes.
  • Involvement in inventory-related activities.
  • Create instructions and procedures in the area of materials management and planning.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years in an international production company
  • Experience of spoken and written English.
  • Openness to receiving and using feedback.
  • Initiative in action and the ability to act in changeable, dynamic situations.
  • Higher education (preferred fields: Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related).
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Work in a multicultural environment.
  • Share acquired knowledge.
  • Experience and ability to work in the IFS / SAP system.
