Job Description
As a Production Control Analyst you will report to Planning and Warehouse Supervisor
Your Responsibilities:
- Create production plans and schedules based on orders, forecasts, component availability and production capacity in the ETO production process
- Collaboration with production, quality, engineering, warehouse and purchasing areas to achieve results and improve processes. Reporting the resulting savings.
- Plan components and production materials, inventory management
- Implement operational goals in the area of materials management and planning
- Help implement new projects as part of the tasks of the Operations department.
- Support continuous improvement activities – participation/conducting workshops, creating process maps, reporting resulting savings.
- Cooperation with local and global support responsibilities in the search for replacements, solutions to problems, standardization of processes, implementation of engineering changes.
- Involvement in inventory-related activities.
- Create instructions and procedures in the area of materials management and planning.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years in an international production company
- Experience of spoken and written English.
- Openness to receiving and using feedback.
- Initiative in action and the ability to act in changeable, dynamic situations.
- Higher education (preferred fields: Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related).
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
- Work in a multicultural environment.
- Share acquired knowledge.
- Experience and ability to work in the IFS / SAP system.
