Job Description
As a Security Officer - Tactical Monitor in Tolleson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support access activity and respond professionally to concerns while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first, collaborates closely, and acts with integrity.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document the movement of authorized personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
- Observe and report hazards, suspicious activity, property damage, and policy violations, and maintain clear incident and patrol records.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
