About the role:
As a Production Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of production processing functions, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved. You will lead a team of operations and support professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance management while driving process improvements, operational excellence, and a high-performance work environment.
Shift: Wednesday - Friday and every other Tuesday from 5:45 pm - 6:00 am
What you will be doing:
Lead daily production operations, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are met.
Coach, develop, and manage team performance, including scheduling, goal setting, and performance reviews.
Monitor workflow, resolve operational issues, and support client and business needs.
Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Operations or Production Experience
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strongly preferred if you have:
Experience leading teams in a high-volume production, print, manufacturing, or operations environment
Experience with process improvement and performance metrics
Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting
