The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 8 years of related experience or Master's Degree in STEM with 6 years of related experienceMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needMinimum 5 years experience working on developmental test teamsMinimum 2 years experience working with EVMS systems1 year experience leading a technical team as a project or program manager and/or driving performance against scheduleExperience supporting US Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industriesExperience tracing test requirements to systems engineering frameworkExperience writing test plans and proceduresStrong organizational and communication skillsThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Bachelor's of Science degree in STEM field with 6 years of applicable test, ICBM, and/or management/leadership experience, or 4 years with a Master’s of Science degree in STEM fieldActive DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher awarded or reviewed in the last 6 yearsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)Experienced at briefing senior levels of management and customersExperience leading large cross-functional teamsProgram planning experienceExperience working proposals or business developmentExperience with formal design release processesExperience developing and performing ICBM system maintenance or operations activitiesExperience with missile component movements, heavy lift equipment, large missile handling equipment and vehiclesExperience with ICBM Launch Facility and/or Launch Center development and maintenanceKnowledge of ICBM flight test preparation and test proceduresExperience with developmental flight test operations in the Aerospace IndustryExperience in the development of flight test...
