Base pay range

You're a conceptual thinker who can bring your ideas to life in new and inspiring ways. You must be comfortable working across all mediums. You have a well-defined perspective on concept, story, and tone of voice on behalf of brands. You have a high level of craft in all facets of your writing, from in-product to short and long-form scripts. When you decide to make something, you follow your vision from concept to launch.

Copywriter, CX Responsibilities:

  • Write and concept ideas for a variety of mediums, including mobile, social, product, film, interactive, content, activations, OOH, print, events, experiential, and events, etc
  • Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
  • Create original, breakthrough work

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of agency/in-house concepting and writing copy for brands
  • History of self-initiated projects
  • Experience in product storytelling and project strategy
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating content and campaigns on emerging platforms and formats
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience in pursuing emerging technologies
  • Fashion and tech marketing experience
