Are you a passionate people leader with a strong customer focus and technical service background? We are seeking an experienced Field Service Team Leader to lead our state-based Field Service team, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and be recognised as a trusted business partner and service leader within the industry.

This hands-on leadership role combines operational leadership with technical expertise, balancing responsibilities as a Service Technician while leading a team of Field Service professionals across the state. You will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and mentorship, setting clear objectives, and fostering a high-performing, customer focused culture.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing your team, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to the ongoing success of a dynamic and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, define team goals and tasks, mentor, and coach your team of Service Technicians who will be providing Install, Repair and Fix Services across all dental market segments.

  • Drive cross functional collaboration to achieve the national service strategy

  • Whilst leading your team, you will also provide field service duties to our customers to ensure their business needs are met

  • Manage customer issues in relation to escalation and resolution

  • Manage spare parts inventory

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven people leadership experience, within a technical field service environment

  • Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams

  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability

  • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong communication, collaboration and delegation skills

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pronto, or similar systems

Qualifications & Licences:

  • Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)

  • Electrical/Electronic qualification (desirable)

  • Project Management qualification (desirable)

  • Dental industry experience highly regarded

  • Valid/Current Driver’s License
