As a Workday HCM- Associate 2, you will engage in consulting services for Workday Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, learn to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical skills and understanding your strengths.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Supporting seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications to optimize human resources processes
- Collaborating with clients to enhance talent management and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Engaging in project management tasks to validate timely delivery of HCM solutions
- Providing training and support to clients for effective use of Workday HCM applications
- Utilizing workforce analytics to inform strategic human resource planning and succession planning
- Participating in change management initiatives to facilitate organizational development and transformation
- Applying human resources metrics to drive employee engagement strategies and improve organizational culture
- Assisting in benefits administration and employee relations investigations to support HR consulting efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and related modules
- Utilizing skills in Business Process Improvement and Change Management
- Engaging in Human Resources (HR) Project Management and Transformation
- Applying Business Analysis and Workforce Planning techniques
- Excelling in Benefits Administration and Talent Management strategies
