Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently to stakeholders, including senior leaders and business partners.
Collaborate closely with development teams to support accurate execution of UX designs and maintain design integrity through implementation.
Facilitate design discussions, critiques, and stakeholder workshops to align teams and move work forward effectively.
Quickly build understanding of specialized business domains and complex operational workflows to inform better design decisions.
Contribute to a matrixed UX team by offering feedback, mentoring early-career designers, and helping elevate design quality across the organization.
Explore opportunities to use AI-assisted tools for design ideation, workflow efficiency, and content generation while maintaining ethical and user-centered design practices.
