What you'll be doing

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Partner closely with international hiring managers and talent leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies that attract top-tier sales professionals across the UK and Europe. 

  • Proactive Sourcing & Market Mapping: Direct advanced sourcing efforts to build robust, diverse pipelines of high-performing sales talent, reducing reliance on external agencies through innovative use of internal recruitment platforms. 

  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and inspiring candidate journey from initial contact through to offer, ensuring we secure brilliant sales talent in a competitive market. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Use your recruitment expertise to influence HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to facilitate seamless offer management and smooth transitions for new hires. 

  • Data Driven Insights: Aligned with our fast-paced culture of high performance, deliver data-led insights, funnel metrics, and market intelligence to empower stakeholders to make critical, timely hiring decisions. 

  • Market Intelligence: Applying your macro-industry expertise by constantly pipelining, networking and staying ahead of shifting market trends in FX recruitment to keep hiring teams informed and aligned to market changes.  

  • Global TA Projects: Supplement your core recruiting expertise and develop as a well-rounded international professional by leading global talent acquisition initiatives focused on workforce planning, strategic team growth and building new teams as we scale the Sales team internationally.  

  • Operational Excellence & Innovation: Broaden your skill set by identifying and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall candidate experience. 

  • Metrics & Excellence Tracking: To ensure we continue to attract top-tier professionals, take ownership of tracking and reporting our key performance metrics: Time to Offer Acceptance, Interview-to-Offer rates and Hiring Manager feedback scores.
