You'll bring curiosity and cross-functional collaboration to a team that works closely with fellow engineers and user advocates to shape the overall platform experience.🛠️ What You'll DoOwn the stability and reliability of Scribe's core platform functionalityBuild and ship full stack features across our Django backend and NextJS frontendCollaborate with engineers and user advocates to improve the overall platform experienceWrite automated tests and advocate for testing practices across the teamWork across the stack, from PostgreSQL and Redis to background processing with Celery🔍 What We're Looking ForYou have 5+ years of engineering experienceYou're comfortable working with both Django and relational databasesYou're comfortable working with React (NextJS / TypeScript)You're a strong advocate for automated testingYou've seen and can implement engineering best practices✨ Nice to haveExperience with enterprise features such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, or audit logsExperience with Celery for executing and scheduling background tasksExperience with high-load systemsStartup experience📍 LocationRemote, based permanently in Serbia.
