In this role, you will impact the quality assurance processes by performing detailed inspections, testing, and analysis to identify defects and drive corrective actions that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct detailed inspections and testing of products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Manage specific quality processes and provide process certification audit support to manufacturing.
  • Analyze test results and provide technical support to the Quality Engineering team.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system enhancements. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The hourly salary range for this position is $30.38-$38.17/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or quality technician roles within manufacturing or technology sectors
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency with quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and use of measurement instruments
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing environments

WE VALUE

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Quality Management, or related fields
  • Experience working in high-tech or manufacturing industries with complex product assemblies
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement projects
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
