Ideally it would be for a 6 months period starting in September or October 2027 and and you will receive a monthly allowance as well as a pension contribution. As part of Deepki's UK Consulting Team, you will help our clients to:<ul><li>Understand their sustainability issues (e.g. research, regulatory analysis, sector benchmarking)</li><li>Monitor their performance using the Deepki platform (e.g. carbon trajectories, non-financial reporting, asset scoring)</li><li>Collect the necessary data (e.g. energy consumption, energy performance certificates)</li></ul>Main tasks:<ul><li>Coordinate the collection of sustainability data on buildings in the client portfolio (e.g. coordinate meetings with property managers, set up automatic energy consumption data collection, etc.)</li><li>Support clients in their reporting processes (e.g. GRESB, SFDR, etc.)</li><li>Monitor the sustainability performance of the real estate portfolio (e.g. energy, carbon, biodiversity, sustainability scoring, etc.).</li><li>Leverage a range of AI tools to find efficiencies and unlock future potential for our team and our clients</li></ul>In addition, you will contribute to developing Deepki's global expertise on sustainability issues applicable to the sector.
