The DBS Chief Investment Office (CIO) is seeking a Content Management Specialist to support the creation, publication, and distribution of investment-related content across multiple formats and platforms. The successful candidate will translate CIO insights into clear, engaging communications for internal and external stakeholders, combining strong editorial instincts with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and originate long-form articles on investments, financial literacy, business, wealth planning, and other private banking-related themes
- Represent DBS at financial literacy events and workshops, developing and delivering compelling content that educates audiences and reinforces DBS’s position as a trusted voice in financial education
- Edit, proofread, format, and adapt investment insights into clear, client-ready content across articles, infographics, videos, eDMs, web, social media and in-app channels
- Manage content upload, tagging, maintenance, and distribution across internal publishing platforms and digital channels
- Coordinate content planning, scheduling, editorial reviews, publishing workflows, and stakeholder approvals
- Work with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and vendors to drive content projects from planning through to execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, or a related discipline
- Develop financial literacy content across key pillars, including but not limited to investments, insurance, and retirement
- Confident public speaker with the ability to deliver financial literacy presentations
- At least five years of relevant experience in journalism or editorial, supported by a portfolio of published or professional writing samples
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for accuracy, clarity and detail
- Ability to distil complex investment and wealth management concepts into clear, accurate and accessible communications
- Strong editorial instincts, with the ability to operate effectively within structured workflows, governance requirements, and a highly matrixed corporate environment
- Interest in financial literacy, financial markets, and wealth management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with digital publishing, content management systems, social media formats or basic HTML would be advantageous
- Organised, collaborative, and confident working with stakeholders across investment, product, digital, marketing, communications, production, technology, legal and compliance functions in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
