HR Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Act as an advisor to management, provide guidance and direction related to all staffing programs in support of strategic business goals and needs, develop talent management.
Support and participate in the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources functions, be involved in strategic and planning activities for HR and the business, development of policies and process improvements.
Drive HR initiatives that align to business strategy and support the achievement of the business objectives and goals.
Develop talent management and be responsible for driving human resource activities and programs that will leverage our human capital for growth business.
Lead employee development to ensure effective programs are in place to meet ongoing company needs.
Coach business performance management deployment, including meaningful goal setting and performance reviews.
Foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization’s business strategies and culture for continuous improvement
Maintain a sincere and pleasant climate of staff relations in the daily interaction with staff to achieve a harmonious working environment, value added service in employee relations
Responsible for ensuring effective communication of policies and decisions on human resource and employee relations matters, as well as close cooperation with managers in their areas of management
Evaluate business performance and contribute to better human and capital resource allocation, establish clear roles and responsibilities, develop and implement HR standards and practices
Develop and co-ordinate a communications program which enables Managers to effectively communicate with employees while at the same time keeping management aware of the attitudes of company personnel.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, company policy and industry standards, while mitigating potential risks.
Other responsibility assigned by the leader.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 8 years and above experience in HR and good at HR disciplines and government compliance.
A good understanding of FMCG / Pharma industry.
Bachelor and above education level.
Proficient in Chinese and English, both in oral and written.
Good command of MS offices and related.
Good communication and interpersonal skill to engage people and build trust and influence.
Proactive working attitude and good sense of responsibility.
A team player who is willing to drive change and innovation.
