Cost Accountant

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY

核心职责

1. Daily/weekly involvement in new product adds/quotes to support commercial groups

   每日/每周参与新产品的添加与报价工作，以支持业务团队

2. Execute monthly close tasks, journal entries, review, and preliminary analysis of all cost-concepts

   完成月度结账任务、日记账录入、审核及所有成本概念的分析

3. Prepare monthly reconcile perpetual inventory balances to the general ledger.

   月度存货明细账与总账余额核对

4. Apply costing models to develop annual standard costs for all products.

   运用成本核算模型制定产品的年度标准成本

5. Help establish and maintain transfer costs between intercompany according to Tax policy

   基于税务政策，协助建立和维护公司间的转移定价

6. Work with sites and warehouse team for physical inventory and clear pre-inventory checklists

   与工厂及仓库团队合作，实施年度盘点确认盘点清单。

7. Provide routine assistance to Inventory Team and Selling Divisions on all cost-related inquiries

   为库存团队和销售部门提供日常支持，解答所有成本相关咨询

8. Support both internal & external audit about costing & inventory related.

   支持外部及内部审计。

1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: 

教育背景要求：

 

1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field 

本科学历，财务、会计、经济、工商管理或相关专业

 

1. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
   1. Required/必需的：2+ years of experience in finance related roles, preferably in a large manufacturing corporate setting
   2. Preferred/优先考虑的： Experience with manufacturing costing preferred.

知识和经验：

2年以上财务相关工作经验，大型制造企业工作经验优先

有制造业财务成本经验的优先

 

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Required/必需的：

Microsoft office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)  办公软件处理

General Accounting Expertise & Compliance 会计专业知识与合规

Basic English, read and written 基本的英语读写

Preferred/优先考虑的：

Experience in Oracle for Costing 有Oracle Costing 系统经验

Fluent in English, read, written and oral 流利的英语读写口语能力
